2nd Line Support Due to periods of continued growth, I am recruiting a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join an expanding Technical Support Team. My client is an established and expanding Software Provider (Video and Imaging) that has a global reach and client base. They are looking for a passionate, adaptable and skilled 2nd Line Support Engineer who has a good background and enjoys troubleshooting and fault-finding across a wide range of technologies. The successful individual will support a wide range of customer solutions and tech including: Bespoke Systems / Products / Apps; IOS; Android; SQL; and Connectivity technologies. Key skills my client is looking for include: 1 years of Customer facing IT Support (Minimum) Excellent troubleshooting experience (Hardware/Software/Systems) Working with a Ticketing System Experience with Office 365 IOS / Android (Desirable) SQL (Desirable)Hybrid / remote working options available - 1 day per quarter onsite (minimum) Excellent opportunity to join a leading organisation at a point of growth and change!
