Attorney with Title Insurance Experience

The position requires underwriting and real estate transactional experience, business acumen and the ability to communicate effectively. The primarily focus is on providing customers and, title and escrow personnel with timely answers to title underwriting and escrow issues impacting their various real estate transactions.

Review title insurance commitments, pro-formas, policies and endorsements with support from local FNF Underwriting Counsel. Effectively communicate with customers and collaborate with local FNF Underwriting Counsel to facilitate a smooth and timely transaction. Review and negotiate indemnity agreements and escrow funding agreements. Review any necessary transactional, organizational and authority documents. Review and prepare settlement statements.

The ability to proactively address and resolve issues and successfully complete transactions. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, with a sense of urgency and accountability, and an ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail, exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Juris Doctor Degree

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of commercial real estate transactional experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office software products.
