Job/Role: Behaviour Support Officer Location: Tower Hamlets Salary scale: Pay scale / Grade 4, depending on experience Start: Immediate start GSL Education are actively looking for a resilient Behaviour Support Officer who has experience as well as the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with teachers and support staff. Main responsibility will be to assist in the circulation of the daily behaviour log/resume/report of the RTL (Ready to Learn Room) for the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), Behaviour and Emotional Wellbeing Leader, Year Learning Managers, Year Learning Assistants & Form Tutors. Excellent I.T. skills (Microsoft office, email, internet and log incidents in SIMS etc.) will be key for the candidate along with willingness to learn new skills and acquire new areas of knowledge. The school has committed staff members who are passionate about enhancing the lives of their students through learning. The ideal candidate will be kind and nurturing with a dedication to their responsibility as a Behaviour Support Worker. You will ensure the well-being and safety of all students, support in the implementation of systems and strategies for students exhibiting challenging behaviour and contribute to a reduction in internal and fixed term exclusions!
