Client Services Executive
Location: London, Manchester or home based (UK only)
The role of Client Services Executive sits within our 'Engage ATS' team. Launched in 2010, Engage ATS is our applicant tracking system, built in-house by recruiters, for recruiters. It provides clients with an effective, intuitive and customizable solution that helps them to conduct their end-to-end recruitment process with ease. We are experts in delivering an unrivalled service to all customers across sectors and varying company sizes. Client Services Executives must deliver to this high standard and help to ensure our continued success.
You will take day-to-dayresponsibility of being the first point of contact for client queries and providing excellent customer service; assisting with the configuration of new Engage ATS sites and the production of training materials for new clients; Supporting the release of functional upgrades through functional and regression testing.You will have previous client/ customer service experience and knowledge of the recruitment market. Ideally, you will have been involved in the support and delivery of complex projects.You will be able to build rapport and sound working relationships with clients and colleagues; come up with creative solutions to client and business problems, bringing positive thinking and sound decision making to solve challenges
