About the Opportunity As Studio Retail progresses through its digital transformation, this opportunity forms part of the wider organisational development of the Financial Services function. We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Analytics Manager to assess and provide insightful commercial analysis on the performance of Studio Financial Services, and to identify strategic opportunities to help support the delivery of Financial Services goals and objectives. What will you be accountable for? Support and manage analyst(s) conducting Financial Services commercial analytical objectives, report building and ongoing maintenance, and analytical insight discovery. Responsible for the analytical identification, sizing, and data selections of customer pain-points to support the resolution of incidents and remediation. Ensuring, managing, and monitoring team adherence to all governance, risk and compliance standards, ensuring analytical outputs deliver the best outcomes for customers and the business Who are we looking for? Experience Experience of working within the retail and/or financial services sector. Applied experience of analytic software, such as SQL Studio Management or SAS. Experience of managing and developing the performance of others, either through couching or direct reporting management. Experience of analysing commercial performance and opportunities through data manipulation. Experience of utilising analytics to inform business strategies, and outcome monitoring. Ability to interpret data and information to highlight opportunities and minimise risk. Ability to translate requirements into analytical activity. Knowledge Excellent working knowledge of financial standards and guidelines e.g. FCA, TCF, Data Protection Experience of data risk management. Data coding language skilled, such a SQL Studio Management or SAS. Ability to produce and interpret data and information. IT literate. Skills Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at an appropriate level. Ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders. Ability to plan and prioritise effectively to meet changing priorities and demands. Excellent communication and engagement skills. Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
