Prepares and serves food according to directions to provide residents, staff and visitors with quality meal service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Prepares foods as assigned according to standardized recipes to provide residents with consistently accurate, tasteful, and cost effective meals.
Participates in HACCP duties as assigned before and during meal service to ensure that an acceptable product is served. Evaluates products according to pre-determined standards and or preferences.
Assists Chef/other Cooks, as necessary.
Serves food on trayline or in dining rooms according to instructions to meet needs and/or preferences.
Completes all cleaning assignments to maintain standards of sanitation.

Education and/or Experience
6 months of food service experience.

Location: Washington Campus Dining Services
Schedule: Full Time, Day w/ some Evening, Weekend
