They are seeking Corporate Accounts Payable Manager to join their team

Job Summary:
  • The Corporate Accounts Payable Manager manages all activities in the accounts payable function for timeliness and accuracy. In addition, ensures that department projects, milestones and goals are met and identifies and implements innovative solutions to improve accounts payable processes and tools.
Job Description:
  • Develop, mentor and maintain a high performing team that is responsible for accurate processing and high-quality customer service
  • Participate on cross functional teams responsible for important automation initiatives and ensure the AP team understands and adopts new automation process by providing training and coaching to the AP team on new processes
  • Serve as administrator and subject matter expert for Concur
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers to proactively identify, research and resolve processing issues and implement process improvements
  • Ensure that all payments, which may include checks, ACH and credit card payments, discounts and application/collection for credits on hold
  • Develop, implement and maintain systems, procedures and policies
  • Manage the month end AP close activities
  • Coordinate with Treasury for cash flow management, provides accounting assistance to project managers and operations staff; and responds to financial questions/concerns
Requirements:
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field and a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience
