Performs computed tomography and diagnostic scans designated anatomical areas in accordance with established practices and procedures. Obtains patient history, explains routine procedures and addresses patient concerns. Responsible for maintaining patient record and files. Performs general CT procedures and assists with CT guided IVR procedures.

Demonstrates complete working knowledge of equipment within assigned area.12. Knowledge and performance of the Code of Conduct Standards.
Education/Accreditation/Licensure (required & preferred):
Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology Possess and maintain certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Possess and maintain certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Computed Tomography (CT) within 1 year of employment or transferring into position State of Kentucky License required. BLS within 30 days of employment.
Experience (required and preferred): Previous experience in CT preferred but not essential for all positions.
