One of our prestigious clients is looking for the following to work within a small team, full training, progression and fantastic company to work for, as a company they invest in their staff and ensure they feel valued, regular pay reviews: Taking the inbound calls (1st Contact). Taking as much information from the customers and accurately handing over messages to the relevant person if needed Managing clients expectations, booking in appointments Accurately managing enquiries and processing the work required to ensure client satisfaction incorporating NSI required information in terms of specifications, collating the as-installed information for NSI Co-ordinate clients expectations ensuring work has been carried out, specifications and takeover & maintenance packages to Company standards as required Typing and sending all installations order confirmations along with deposit request and relevant documentation. Taking and processing card payments for customer deposits Dealing with customers queries via telephone, Hubspot and Livechat Utilise Hubspot to make notes of all telephone calls received and made, adding notes to enquiries from customer discussions. Logging new enquiries, create enquiries and send emails and letters if requested Ensure all tickets received from customers are logged with a response within 24 hours
