Calling all car loving customer focused temps!
Great new immediately available temp role based hybrid (1-2 days a week in office in West London). Your role is integral to the success of the customer journey, by speaking to our customers through the phone and email. You will be excellent at handling any issues which may arise and ensuring every customer is happy with their experience.
- You will be supporting our customers via voice and email through the final stages of their journey
- You will liaise with our internal sales and account management teams to ensure the process is smooth and effortless for the customer
- You will ensure the online systems are up to date
- You will have experience of working in a busy customer facing environment and making a number of outbound calls and sending emails to their Customers
- Experience of working in the automotive industry is desirable but not essential.
- Proactive and positive attitude- are able to think outside the box to achieve outstanding customer interactions; You go above and beyond in your work, doing whatever it takes to offer the best experience and service possible.
- You have excellent spoken and written English capabilities.
- Knowledge of CRM tools like Zendesk are a plus but not essential
