As a DevOps Customer Success Engineer, you ll further your DevOps experience and communication skills to support your team as they bring other organizations on board with DevOps and champion the adoption of related processes, tools, and roles.
In this role, you ll not only help convey the importance of efficiency to your clients, you ll be involved in DevOps work. Together with a team of experts, you ll be directly involved in the building and maintenance of a pipeline. You ll assist in the complete workflow of a DevSecOps platform as well as automate configuration management and infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and associated end state management tools.
You may also play a role in the creation, automation, and deployment of services, support the maintenance of the creation and automation of orchestration of the containers, and help maintain cloud infrastructure. -8+ years of experience with supporting systems engineering efforts in system design and evaluation, solution engineering, software development, or system administration
-Experience with Cloud platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), S3, Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), Linux operating systems
-Experience with configuring and utilizing DevOps bundled tools, including Atlassian, GitLab
-Experience with advanced scripting languages
-Knowledge of Agile methodologies and the software development life cycle (SDLC)
-Knowledge of CI/CD technologies and configurations
Nice If You Have:
-Experience with container technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes
-Experience with Infrastructure-as-code (IaC) or end state management technologies
-Experience with developing AWS services
-Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment
-Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
-Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
