IMMEDIATE OPPORTUNITIES ON EL PASO'S WESTSIDE FOR DOCUMENT IMAGING SPECIALISTS (SCANNERS)!The Document Imaging Specialist is responsible for the file preparation, scanning, quality assurance and indexing of imaged documents. This is an integral part of the imaging functions within the Digital Processing Center. This is a team position and incumbent may be required to perform one or all of the responsibilities for the position at any given time to provide exceptional customer service and meet SLAs:iScanning documents to be digitizedKey Responsibilities: Perform high volume document scanning and imaging work Index documents and in some cases, re-scan if needed Unbox, sort and feed documents into high speed scanners and perform any quality assurance work while scanning the documents File/re-box documents upon completing the scanning process Will regularly lift/push/pull objects, perform data entry and work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment Competencies: Driven by client satisfaction Strong integrity, solid business ethics Ability to communicate effectively Good organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Attention to detail. Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent 1-5 years of experience working in a document imaging or production facility processing/scanning documents. High volume copy/print/scan experience in a service center environment is a plus. Experience with capture tools similar to Kofax, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, PDF/TIF document viewers is preferred but not required Proactive Individual able to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment Able to lift/push/pull objects- usually boxes or large document files as well as scanning/imaging equipment as required by the job Must work well with others on a team Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated skills in organization and strong attention to details Learns quickly and is adaptable to learning on the job Thrives in a fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple priorities and work under production deadlines Physical Demands: Fine and/or gross motor skills, including the ability to grasp, lift and/or carry or otherwise move packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 60 lbs. Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended period of time.
