We continue to grow! We are adding a new Ecommerce Marketing Analyst role to add to our ever-expanding team! You would in charge of reporting, analyzing data and dashboards appropriately to that they reflect the companies digital assets. Our team is expanding quickly, and we re looking for an experienced analyst that will leverage many analytical tools to derive actionable analysis and recommendations so that we re maximizing and growing our digital platforms. You will be responsible for AB Testing and conversion rate optimization. You would be expected to interpret complicated data and convey it in a concise analysis to all levels of our digital leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Make high level presentations based on qualitative and quantitative analysis and data to internal stakeholders
Deliver insights that are clear and actionable
Perform campaign data analysis to understand the lift & ROI associated with each program to aid in the development of future strategies
Build comprehensive testing plans for new product and programming initiatives
Provide the support needed to build analytical capabilities and solutions that enable analytics to support the strategic goals of the company
Provide recommendations on analytical methodologies and frameworks to be utilized for a various analytical projects
Ensure marketing and sales campaigns funnel and customer behavior flows are tagged and tracked accurately for reporting and analysis purposes
Lead conversion rate optimization, build and execute A/B or multivariate tests

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Economics, Statistic, Business, Marketing or other quantitative disciplines preferred
3+ years of experience with digital analytics covering marketing, content, product, consumer feedback and strong focus on A/B testing
Advanced knowledge of the Tag Manager is a must
Strong analytic, critical thinking skills, verbal and written communication skills are a must
Effective time management and project management skills
High proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics
Understanding of marketing concepts and how they influence the customer experience is preferred
Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
