Here are some attractive benefits: ️ A genuine career progression, with job security. ️ Training to enhance your Qulifications and development. ️ A caring employer, with a hybrid home/office choice, ️ collaborative working environment, on-site facilities, and close to the motorway network. ️ Intellectually challenging work, constantly problem solving to find complex solutions ️ Attractive salary, benefits, and bonus scheme The key Responsibilities of the Graduate Data Analyst will be: Working as part of the IT team to produce SQL/SSRS reports which will be integrated into our work management platform Support the business to provide ad hoc analysis to our contract teams Looking for better and more efficient ways to work Support the training department by maintaining the Moodle course database Identify the causes of issues with our in-house developed applications and write SQL scripts to remedy the problems Create forms for use with our mobile app using our in-house form builder Provide Excel support to the business, possibly using complex formulae The competencies required of the Data Analyst will be: We are looking for an Enthusiastic Graduate and/or Trainee. As an SME we are very much a can-do workforce and the ability to take on any challenge, even with no prior knowledge is essential you could be working on a new feature for our code base one week, and creating virtual machines and networking in Microsoft Azure the next week learning new skills across the entire IT landscape is part and parcel of the role and you will be given the freedom to do this. Any knowledge and experience of any of the following will be required: Microsoft Excel formulas & VBA SQL Service Reporting Services (SSRS reports) using Git for source control Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL) Visual Studio Other Requirements of the Role Personable Hard Working Willing to go the extra mile Ability to communicate clearly at all levels from apprentices to executives both within and outside the business Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects Benefits Holidays 25 days plus 8 bank holidays Pension Qualifying Earnings Workplace pension: = Employee Contribution: 5% WITH Employer Contribution: 3% Hybrid working following successful probation Employee perks package Modern, newly refurbished office Opportunities for development and training Competitive Salary
