My Client is a Public Research University based in Bristol having achieved University Status in 2012. In the National Student Survey 2022, my client achieved a 77% student satisfaction score and 90% of students went on to full time employment or further study with 15 months of graduation. As a result of an external move to another University, my client is now recruiting for an HR Data and Systems Manager to deliver an effective and efficient HR software interface and dataset. RESPONSIBILITIES To lead the HR Systems team and provide strong operational management to ensure they have the right technical and customer focused skills to deliver a specialist service. To find innovative ways to improve and enhance the user experience, to digitally enable and develop HR processes through ambitious thinking, good communication and stakeholder engagement both within and outside of HR To manage external and internally driven changes to the data and systems ensuring integrity and security, with clear planning, objectives and timescales REQUIREMENTS Able to demonstrate significant breadth and depth of experience in systems management in a large complex organisation (e.g. Higher Education) Able to demonstrate experience of strong leadership through excellent listening, coaching, and influencing skills to support the team. Experience of managing and developing ITrent HR or equivalent Payroll system In return, my client is offering a salary of between £47,423 and £53,353. This is a hybrid role with an expectation that you will attend the University for 50% of your time
