HR Systems and Data Manager Full time - permanent Competitive and negotiable Pimlico, London We have a great opportunity for an experienced Systems and Data Manager who will be a key member of the Future Academies transformation team in HR. They will lead the implementation of our new HRIS and develop and maintain a suite of reports and KPIs that will inform Trust-wide decision making, organisational change and efficient and effective people management. Responsibilities: Undertake a product review of all modules of the Salesforce HRIS and review the implementation process to date. Produce a status report, cost benefit analysis and options for moving forward. Produce a project plan for the data cleansing and migration and the delivery of all the modules (self-service, payroll, recruitment, time and attendance and talent) of the system. Complete the integrity check and upload of school data and oversee the UAT, training and launch of the system, working closely with XCD, the system provider. Propose a suite of reports and KPIs to monitor workforce efficiency and inform decision making. Lead the implementation process. Be the main 'super user' for the HRIS. Work to ensure the system remains fit for purpose, and support the roll-out and opportunities for system enhancement, etc. Contribute to the development of the HR Sharepoint site and the website redevelopment and Intranet projects to ensure that HR and recruitment needs are met. You will have substantial experience of working on HR system implementation projects, ideally within an education setting, along with competent project management skills and the ability to engage and communicate with all key stakeholders across the Trust with the appropriate level of technical detail. You will work closely with HR team members, and in particular the HR Business Partners, to understand the HR priorities and to support school managers to manage their people effectively.
