HRIS & Analytics Manager
Location : London/ hybrid working

As an organisation, we are scaling up rapidly and therefore are looking for a brand new role as HRIS & Analytics Manager to join our HR team and play a key role in improving our systems, data capabilities and analytics.
Our People Team is innovative, focused and fast paced. We work closely with all parts of the Institute to create a talented, engaged and high performing workforce, and our HR information systems are crucial to what we do.
With your significant experience of system management and implementation, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimising key systems including CIPHR, Lattice, Peakon and Tribepad, whilst managing systems issues with service providers and driving system integration and automation projects.
Assisting with data collection, you will have strong data interpretation and trend analysis to provide insights to annual HR processes such as performance reviews and promotions and your skills in producing visually engaging data analytics and presentations, will be essential.
