Prefer Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pediatric Dentistry. They will consider someone who did not do a Pedo residency but has many years of experience and thoroughly enjoys treating kids.

If you want to come to work, treat your patients, go home and not think another second about work after you leave, we'd still love to talk.
This practice is busy, and the company is growing. There is a need for dynamic leaders and great doctors not at all interested in leadership or strategic planning. Your schedule will always be full regardless.
