In a highly technical and collaborative environment, we move our autonomous vehicle applications forward providing the software architecture, real-time control algorithms, artificial intelligence, motion planning, computer vision and sensor processing algorithms, graphical user interfaces and inter-process messaging needed to thrive. Our Motion planning and controls team builds the stack that is responsible for enabling the algorithms that make the vehicle execute trajectories in a safe, accurate and reliable manner. The Machine Learning group accelerates the development cycle of autonomous vehicle engineers by building the infrastructure to process, analyst and learn from the data and focus on improving safety and performance. The work we do has a high impact to the organization; our technology will change lives.


  • Drive strategic planning, vision setting and establishing scalable design for execution
  • Pursue transformative technologies that enable us to support 10x scaling and bring affordable productivity to bend the cost curve while driving significant change for Machine Learning engineering productivity
  • Build world-class team of engineers within the Machine Learning organization and champion career progression through mentorship and career development opportunities
  • Ensure engineering best practices to produce high caliber product offerings
  • Bachelors degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, physics or related field; or 8-years of equivalent real-world experience
  • 2 years working with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
  • Experience building scalable machine learning platforms with various infrastructure
  • Experience managing teams and initiatives
  • Masters or Ph.D. degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, phyiscs or related field; and 5+ years working with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
  • Proficiency in writing SQL queries for analytic purposes
  • Proficiency in C++
  • Frequent sitting, hearing, talking, visual, typing, and manual dexterity
