JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a self-motivated and high-energy team member to take on multiple marketing, administrative support, and business development duties for a group of high performing sales professionals in a faced-paced commercial real estate office. This person must have the ability to quickly shift gears and coordinate a multitude of tasks within a busy, modern downtown office.

This role requires a business development and administrative professional that can manage, understand, and interpret the multiple functions in high level real estate sales.

This position has room for advancement both in responsibilities and compensation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrative and Correspondence

Tracks, collates and maintains inventory of marketing materials.

Maintain database of market information including aerials, demographics and related news articles

Coordinate large projects with other CS team members

Marketing Responsibilities

Maintains CBRE brand, product, office and client messaging and consistency by applying templates to produce marketing materials including flyers, proposals, tour books, maps, floor plans and qualification packages.

Organizes the preparation and production of customized, client specific property information packages in response to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).

Design Custom Property Marketing Brochures (and Maintain) and Coordinating Signage

Create and Update Property Marketing Contact Lists

Property/Requirement/Sold/Leased Email Blasts - Create, Monitor Stats, Contacts, and Schedule

Communicate Listings with Brokers and Economic Development Partners

Maintain Individual and Team Websites

Prepare and Update Case Studies

Acts as point of contact and liaison with the CBRE Property Marketing Studio and Midwest Marketing

Create social media badges announcing new/sold/leased projects/tenants

Business Development

Property Tour Searches and Complete Preparation of Tour Packages for Clients

Prepare detailed site packages presenting potential locations to clients real estate committees

Create client specific maps and aerials

Lease Proposal Preparation and Responses

Request for Proposals and Responses

Act as point of contact for the CBRE Mapping Center

Financial

Excel Experience Preferred

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from 2-year college required. 3 years experience providing administrative support to multiple or team of professionals; ability to determine and respond to conflicting priorities preferred. 2 years experience in the Real Estate industry.

CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES

None.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, coworkers and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.

FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE

Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis. Ability to abstract a lease.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES

Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, internet research and web publishing skills. Ability to manipulate basic templates in Power Point and/or InDesigned preferred. Strong marketing knowledge preferred.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY

Decisions made with thorough knowledge of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Responsible for setting own project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause negative impact to internal and external clients.
