National Sales Executive (Hybrid)

We re looking for great people who are passionate about redefining premium publishing through innovation, creative thinking and embracing fun USA TODAY NETWORK National Sales team is seeking a highly motivated dynamic digital junior seller to be an exceptional addition to our growing team in the Detroit region.

What You ll Do
• Drive digital advertising sales, while meeting and exceeding all sales goals
• Focus on identified client direct and their agency partners
• Work as a partner to help clients reach their goals and initiatives
• Manage, renew and up-sell existing clients, ensure client s KPIs are achieved
• Partner with Sales Strategy & Account Management to prepare proposals and ensure that client's KPIs/needs are met
• Stay current on online advertising trends and innovations

Practical stuff we anticipate you having:
• Relevant and transferable industry experience, e.g., professional services, financial services, retail, healthcare, and media
• Digital sales experience up to 3 years
• Have upsold or sold digital campaigns
• Salesforce usage is required
• Thorough understanding of where to locate client-based information/research
• Effective organization, time management and writing and presentation skills.
• The confidence and willingness to make cold calls and book meetings.
• A results-oriented team player.
• Strong business acumen.
