Due to rapid, ongoing growth, my client are seeking two individuals in the form of a New Business Sales Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity for those who wish to grow with the company and thrive within a sales team. The Role Following up on warm leads to build rapport with customers, to encourage them to use the payroll services the business provides Promoting the benefits of the business in comparison to competitors Generating referrals in order to maximise sales potential with new customers Going the extra mile when speaking to clients to win more business Working to achievable KPI s The Candidate Has proven sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment Can work effectively to achievable independent and team targets Can effectively objection handle Able to prioritise tasks accordingly Is familiar with working to set targets and is driven by financial incentives Knowledge of recruitment agencies and financial sales experience (highly desirable but not essential) Salary + Benefits Base salary is £30k plus the opportunity to earn fantastic, realistic OTE - the top earners are taking home upwards of £60k a year in this role, for new joiners the average is expected to be around £45k in year one whilst you expand your knowledge in this niche industry (but this is uncapped so this is totally up to the individual). The Company Our client are an award winning contractor accountancy who are currently growing their new business sales department, they re looking for someone with strong sales experience to join their team on a permanent basis as a New Business Consultant. This isn t a call centre-based role, this position sits within a close-knit team with low staff turnover where the top performers within the role are working to a 75% conversion rate. With an immediate start date available for the successful candidate, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, is driven for success and seeks a role with a high but achievable OTE. There s no requirement to work weekends or Bank Holidays in this role, the working hours are 9am-6pm Monday to Friday and the role is fully office based from the company s modern Altrincham offices.
