How You'll Make a Difference 

 

As an Office Manager, you will help lead the office and help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients.  When you join an Aspen Dental practice, you'll participate in an extensive, ten-week training program where you'll gain business and leadership knowledge designed to help you be successful and grow within our organization.   

 

  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards 

  • Supervise the non-clinical staff within the dental practice 

 

   

How You'll Succeed 

  • Ready to be part of a patient-centric team  

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales management or retail management; some combination of management and sales required 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to make decisions independently 

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office business applications  

  • Bachelor's degree preferred 

 

Proof of COVID vaccination necessary for employment as a healthcare worker in states with vaccination mandates

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years' experience in a sales management or retail management environment, some combination of management and sales required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to make decisions independently.
  • Competitive spirit with a strong desire to succeed, exceeds goals, and maximizes opportunities.
  • Demonstrates the ability to solve common problems and to provide immediate solutions.
  • Demonstrates the ability to build relationships, both internally and with patients.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office business applications and other office related products.
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
