The provider will be solo employed while the program is growing, but call will not be 24/7.- Caseload includes primarily outpatient procedures, including inpatient consults. Anticipation of approximately 700 cases per year.REQUIRED:- Unrestricted medical license required in the state of Indiana- Board Certified or Board Eligible.
