A urologist is needed for a hospital in Indiana. It is a full-time employed position, newly available to meet growing demand in the local community. You will be working a five day work week, and there is 1:3 paid call. The primary care referral base includes dozens of employed primary care physicians and advanced practice practitioners. The position will be general urology with laparoscopic surgery. You should currently have an IN state license; or, CompHealth can help you with the licensing process if necessary. H1-B physicians are encouraged to apply. They also welcome both board certified and board eligible physicians.
You will receive an excellent base salary with annual retention bonuses, RVU bonuses, flexible paid vacation, full medical, dental, and vision benefits, a 403b retirement package, $80K sign-on bonus, and the opportunity to invest in the surgical center. Paid call can add $20K to your income each year.
