We re recruiting for a Sales Administrator for our well-established, manufacturing client based in Milton Keynes. The Sales Administrator main responsibilities are: Taking sales orders over the phone, via email, and entering sales orders onto the ERP system Producing quotations using Excel and sending quotes to customers Inputting of Sales Orders into SAP ERP system and liaising with production planning to acknowledge customers anticipated despatch dates. Full use of CRM system to maintain customer information and history and being proactive in the maintenance of good customer relations to facilitate better sales, entry & creation of leads and accounts on CRM system. Working closely with the External Sales team to produce marketing material to send out in e-marketing bulletins Account Management of specific areas calling existing customers with new product updates and upselling where possible The ideal Sales Administrator will have: Previous experience working within a sales/customer service environment is essential A proactive telephone experience is an advantage Practical experience with Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel functions, is essential Experience with CRM systems particularly Microsoft CRM an advantage Salary £26-29k per annum DoE, plus an annual Performance Bonus of up to £2k + Benefits Apply Online now, we would love to hear from you
