Sales Manager Salary: £35,000 Benefits: Commission structure, pension scheme, free onsite parking, 35 hours per week Hybrid working, Company Car, Laptop and Phone Location: Hybrid and Crawley Do you want to work for a company that makes a real difference? The Role and the Key Responsibilities fall into the following areas; Key responsibilities will include: Reporting to the Commercial Director and Sales Director Execute the Sales Strategy Provide sales presentations to a range of prospective clients Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs Oversight and validation of potential unit purchasers Preparing offers to supply BNG units Preparing contractual documentation for the sale of BNG units preparing such information that may be required from a Habitat Bank in order to sell BNG units through collation of information used for Biodiversity Gain Plan - to be prepared in liaison with regional land and ecology teams Liaising with regional ecology teams to ensure metric inputs received and unit requirements pass trading rules Liaising with regional land teams to prioritise habitat bank creation against Local Authority BNG credit demand and known purchaser demand Liaising with Local Authorities regarding the sale process of BNG Units Other project and research related work as may be required Lead the sales team for your regional area Meet individual and team targets THE CANDIDATE: Proven record and experience in a sales role Experience of Development, Housing, Commercial or Agricultural would be ideal. A degree of knowledge of this market, understanding of planning system (desirable) A confident negotiator with commercial awareness and the ability to work well under pressure and handle complex issues.
