Job Description

The successful candidate for this role will provide leadership, direction, and coordination for all functions associated with the single family rental investor buyer platform called Signature Buyer. This program is a white glove one-stop-shop that makes it easy for real estate investor buyers to find, acquire and manage great real investments.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Customer acquisition and retainment - utilize new and existing channels to find and onboard new Signature Buyers and then continue to nurture the relationship
  • Find and onboard partner real estate agents that excel at working with investor buyers - continue to build relationships with these partner brokers and iterate on our approach in order to provide the best possible service to our investor buyers
  • Coordinate and manage the Signature Buyer end to end workflow
  • Confirm closing dates, location, documentation, and funds due at closing with buyers
  • Provide recommendations to management on process improvement opportunities within the department where applicable to minimize risk exposure
  • Ensure proper receipt of fees at closing
  • Follow up with investor buyers post-closing for continued support
  • Implement technology and process efficiency initiatives associated with and Signature Buyer
  • As inventory grows, prepare to lead a team of Signature Buyer Client Managers through the process


  • 10+ years of real estate sales experience
  • 2+ years of real estate investment experience
  • Prior leadership experience
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision and manage tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
