Software Delivery Specialist

Primary Role

Confirm customer's requirements post sales handoff and document accordingly

Addressing interface questions from customer

Read log files to help diagnose KPI-S issues.

Installs KPI-S software and configures specific to project

Assists with on-site commissioning and installation of various forms of equipment (rail, lights, basic wiring)

Verifies KPI-S functionality specific to project

Monitors interfaces between Customer's system KPI-S Hardware

Executes UAT test plans at KPI office and customer's site

Train warehouse personnel how to use KPI-S software and equipment

Go live / Level 1 support (possible 1-2 weeks at customer's site)

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

Preferred

Warehouse / Supply Chain systems experience

Ability to test, troubleshoot, and problem solve

Documentation focused

Excellent written and verbal communication

Technical background skills:

Able to travel 50%

MS SQL Server Management Studio and SSDT experience
