Our team is looking for a high performance Solutions Architect with an entrepreneurial mindset to join Business Engineering, a global client-facing engineering organization. As a Solutions Architect, you will lead the retail and advertising industry by enabling clients and partners to realize the full potential of Meta's marketing and commerce solutions and even defining new solutions. You will work with engineers, architects and executives at top-tier companies on their industry-leading initiatives, translating their business goals into an execution plan using Metas suite of cutting-edge Advertising and Commerce Platform. This role will allow you to apply your passion for problem solving to achieving real-world results at Meta scale.

Required Skills:

Solutions Architect - Commerce Responsibilities:

  1. Act as a technical consultant and subject matter expert on Metas marketing and commerce technology solutions for our most strategic clients and partners
  2. Guide our clients and partners to the most optimal implementations by walking them through the technical details of Meta's advertising and commerce products
  3. Work closely with sales and partnerships teams to unlock and develop new opportunities by developing a deep understanding on business goals and industry trends
  4. Influence the retail industry through technology by participating in industry conferences and presenting to executive-level audiences
  5. Ability to travel domestically approximately 20% of time
  6. Basic comfort running data queries and building analytic dashboards
  7. Understanding of API specifications and ability to troubleshoot scripting experience
Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of combined experience as an Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Partner/Sales Engineer
  2. 2+ years of experience working with software systems including querying, SQL scripting, and working with API development or troubleshooting
  3. B.S. or M.S. in Technical Discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or equivalent experience
  4. Experience communicating with technical and business audience at prospects, clients or partners
  5. Experience with web, mobile, or enterprise technology stack
  6. Proven experience demonstrating knowledge of industry technology areas and trends
Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience building or deploying large e-commerce integration projects
  2. Knowledge of AdTech, Advertising, or Digital Marketing (Brand or Direct Response)
  3. Technical understanding of Facebook advertising products (including Ads and Pages API, Identity Platform)
  4. Experience working with API documents, calling APIs using scripts, and testing APIs
